The 7 Summits of Mill Hill takes place on January 3, 2026, at Mill Hill Regional Park, Atkins Avenue, Langford, BC, Canada. The event is listed as sold out. Format and course

Beginning at the BadAss Chicks tent, participants climb from the parking lot to the cairn at the top of Mill Hill and return to the parking lot. At the top, a volunteer stamps each participant's bib. Participants repeat the climb until their bib has seven stamps. The cut-off for completing the seven laps is 2.5 hours. Only participants with seven completed laps are entered into the prize draw. The event notes that other park users will be present and asks participants to be courteous.

Trails and logistics

  • Auburn Trail: 1.57 km; 125 m elevation
  • Calypso Trail: 2.22 km; 146 m elevation

Participants may use only Auburn or Calypso trail for a lap, or alternate between them. There is no event parking at the Mill Hill parking lot; parking is provided at Savory Elementary school.
