The Sooke Hills 50km and 25km trail run takes place on May 30, 2026, at Sooke Potholes Provincial Park in Sooke, British Columbia.

Both courses start near parking lot 2 of the Potholes Regional Park. The 25 km route includes climbs on the Peden Lake Trail, Lakes Connector Trail, and Monument Trail, passing by Shields Lake and Grassy Lake, and finishes via the Galloping Goose trail.

The 50 km course involves summiting Mt. Empress, Monument Mountain, and Mt. Quimper. The route features approximately 2000 meters of total ascent and includes sections on trails such as the Empress Mountain Trail, Harrison Trail, and Grassy Lake Trail.
