The event takes place on May 30, 2026, at Sooke Potholes Provincial Park, Sooke River Road, Sooke, British Columbia, Canada. Both courses start just below parking lot 2 of the Potholes Regional Park.

The 25 km route climbs the Peden Lake Trail, follows the Lakes Connector to the Shields Lake viewpoint aid station, then proceeds to Sooke Mountain Park Road and the Charters Connector aid station. It continues on Grassy Lake Trail, includes a steep climb on the Monument Trail to the Grassy Lake aid station, then descends the Harrison Trail toward the Galloping Goose, crosses the Todd Creek Trestle and returns to the start/finish.

The 50 km course includes summits of Mt. Empress, Monument Mountain and Mt. Quimper, with roughly 2000 m of ascent and long runnable sections. The route uses the Goose, Riverside Trail, Peden Lake Trail, Empress Mountain Trail, Lakes Connector, Grassy Lake Trail, the Quimper Bike Push-up and Sooke Mountain Park Road, with aid stations at Shields Lake, Grassy Lake and near the Harbourview parking lot.
