All races start/finish at the Hedge Row Picnic Area.

The 5K loop traverses trail and mixed terrain over limestone and shale bedrock, with about 140 feet of elevation gain. The course is marked with color flags, cones, and arrows. There is no water station on the route; aid is at Start/Finish.
