This event is part of the 5 Peaks Trail Running Series and takes place at Sikome Lake in Fish Creek Provincial Park, south Calgary. The park features paved paths, hard packed trails and single track, plus an outdoor lake.

Maps include route distance, elevation gain and loss, and aid station locations. Distances and maps may change based on trail conditions up to race day.

Packet pick up is available on the event weekend with a location at the Strides store in Canyon Meadows and a packet pick up point at Sikome Lake on race day.

Safety and logistics notes: dogs, headphones, strollers and baby joggers are not permitted on course. Hiking poles are allowed only in non competitive hiking categories. Washroom facilities are available at the start and finish area. There is ample parking and spectators are welcome.

Aid and event items: the event is cup free. Water and electrolyte drink are available at the start and finish and at one or more aid stations on course. Participants planning to be out longer than an hour should carry a receptacle for fluids. Registration does not include swag or medals; these can be purchased through Race Roster and must be picked up at the event. Iron Legs Mountain Races at Station Flats near Calgary features trail events from 25K to 100K. Courses follow Moose Mountain with substantial elevation gain and extended single track.

Trail races near Bragg Creek, Alberta offering distances from 16KM to 50KM on single and double track. Organized by Lewiston Ultra Events, the course uses West Bragg Creek day-use area and includes multiple aid stations and cutoffs.
