Course and format

The event uses an all-new 4.5 mile loop course on mostly single-track trail with some gravel and paved sections. Total elevation gain and loss on the loop is about 430 feet. Timing is open for a six-hour window, and runners may complete as many loops as they wish within that period. Lap timing is recorded and results, including individual lap times and pace, are posted after each loop. An aid station is located at the start/finish of each loop, at mile 4.5. Post-race refreshments include food, beer and snacks. The course closes when the six-hour timing window ends.

Distances available by running multiple loops: Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
