Ladybug Run for CDH Awareness 5K/10K

The Ladybug Run for CDH Awareness takes place on July 11, 2026 in Cook Park, Tigard (17005 SW 92nd Ave, Tigard, OR 97224). This is the 15th annual running and it offers both in-person and virtual participation options.

The in-person course is described as stroller-friendly and runs through open green spaces and forested paths along the Tualatin River in Cook Park and neighboring areas. The start line is managed to allow a staggered start, with the line remaining open for 15 minutes.

Proceeds benefit the Ladybug CDH Foundation to raise awareness about Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia, fund medical research and provide direct support to families in the Pacific Northwest. A score-O metrogaine across Tigard on a new 23 square kilometer urban map with 2 hour, 4 hour and 6 hour options. Competitors use the MapRun app and are ranked by points, with time used to break ties.
