This event offers a marathon, a half marathon and a 10K held at Pennypack Park in Philadelphia, PA. The course follows the paved bike path along Pennypack Creek, mostly shaded and largely flat with a midsection of short steep rolling hills and a short trail section called Mount Cuckoo. The course has no traffic and provides extended stretches of trees and creek views.

- 26.2 miles full marathon
- 13.1 miles half marathon
- 10 km new for 2027
Aid and support include 13 aid stations on the full course and 6 for the half, with water and Gatorade at all stations and gels provided at specific mile points. Timing uses a disposable chip system and mile markers are placed along the route. Medical support includes an EMT ambulance on site and support bikers on course. Walkers are welcome for the half marathon; the full marathon is not recommended for walkers. The event enforces a 6 hour 30 minute time limit for the half and full, with a required minimum pace to finish within that limit.
A day of packet pickup is available at the Ed Kelly Amphitheater. A portion of entry fees supports the park and local charities. Post race activities at the amphitheater include a popup beergarden, German themed entertainment, snacks and a non alcoholic beer included with entry.
