Tahoe 100k Trail Race
The Tahoe 100k is an ultramarathon located in Stateline, Nevada, starting from the Stagecoach Lodge. The course spans 62.3 miles and takes place primarily on singletrack trails within the Sierra Nevada mountains. This event is held on National Forest Lands and reaches peak altitudes of 9,800 feet.
The route is characterized by significant vertical changes, featuring 11,498 feet of elevation gain and an equal amount of elevation loss, totaling approximately 23,000 feet of total elevation change. Participants travel through high-elevation terrain, passing landmarks such as Star Lake, which is recognized as the highest alpine lake in the Tahoe area. The course also provides ridge-line views of the surrounding alpine landscape.
The event has a total time limit of 24 hours. Support is provided through three aid stations positioned along the route.
