The Rubber Ducky Dash - North
The event takes place at Herrington Country Park on 20 September 2026 and is licensed by the Trail Running Association and held under UK Athletics rules. The official event medal is now sold out; entries after 14 September will receive a pick and mix medal.
This is a 7 hour Time Challenge that lets participants choose how far to run. The minimum recorded distance is 3 km. A full lap is listed as about 7 km (4.37 miles) and may be adjusted depending on course conditions. The course will run within Herrington Country Park and the final route will be announced before the event. There are 3 km and 5 km turn points on the lap to help meet UK Athletics age rules.

- 3 km minimum finisher distance
- Half marathon achieved by completing 3 laps
- Marathon achieved by completing 6 laps
- 50 km and ultra options available
Finishers who complete at least 3 km are official finishers and will receive a themed medal and a rubber duck. Distance pins are available for half marathon, mega half, marathon, 50 km and ultra achievements. Finishers receive a goody bag with a vegan option on request. An aid table and drinks are provided at the start and finish of each lap, with sweet and savoury options including vegan choices.
Toilets and parking are available at the venue. There is an unsecured bag drop at the start and finish. Number pick up is on the day at race registration and final race instructions will be emailed in the week before the event. Headphones are allowed and the course uses public footpaths so participants should be considerate of other users. Members receive a £10 lower entry price, guaranteed entry and a mini me medal pin.
