The Halloween 5km Event 2026 - Muddy Roads
The event is a 5 km trail through the woods at Trimdon, held on 29 October 2026 at Trimdon Grange Community Centre, Salters Lane, Trimdon Grange, Trimdon Station TS29 6PB. The course runs through a themed haunted forest with actors and characters placed on the route. Participants are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes.
The event has a strict age limit of 12 years and over. Entry fees are listed as £10 for affiliated or attached runners and £12 for unattached runners. Every participant receives homemade soup and a bread roll, and there are additional ghoulish treats. Prizes are awarded to the first, second, and third male and female finishers.
