Mansfield Uphill - Stowe Mountain Resort
Mansfield Uphill is an uphill run hosted by the Mansfield Nordic Pro Team at Stowe Mountain Resort. The event is scheduled twice in 2026, on June 21 and October 18. The course follows the Switchback and Perry Merrill trails from Midway Lodge to Cliff House.
The event offers one competitive distance:
- 1.7 miles
Participants may walk, hike, run, bound, run backwards, or crawl at their own pace. The race uses a mass start at Midway Lodge. Prizes are awarded to the top three finishers in each category at Midway Lodge following the race. There is an opportunity to meet the team and attend a Q&A session after awards. A gondola will be running for anyone who prefers a scenic ride back down from the course.
Proceeds from the event are directed to support Mansfield Nordic Pro Team athletes and programming. Fundraising helps cover travel for races, ski wax and race wax, test skis, warm-up clothing, and race suits for higher level events such as SuperTour and World Cup competitions.
