Forest Cup 2026 Final
The Forest Cup 2026 Final is an orienteering event hosted by North West Orienteering Club at Hedley Dunes in Woodhill Forest. The venue is accessed via Slater Road. More details about the event will be provided closer to the date.
The event forms part of a points series. Points are awarded based on time behind the winner. A prizegiving will follow the final and will be based on each competitor's best three scores from the four events in the series. The top three in all grades will be recognised.
Entries can be made online using enterO. Day entries are also allowed subject to map availability. Competitors are automatically assigned to the most appropriate grade for their chosen course. Some competitors may choose to run up to a higher course and will score in the age grade corresponding to that course. Others may choose to run down and will score in the open grade for that course.
Courses are organised across men, women and open grades and include Red 1 to Red 4, Purple, Orange Long, Orange Short, Yellow and White. The event lists community and organisational supporters including Auckland Council, Bivouac Outdoor, Boric Orchards, Foundation North, Graze, The Lion Foundation, New Zealand Community Trust, Nga Maunga Whakahii O Kaipara and Vision Accounting.
