Day 1 of the Great Barrow Challenge at Suffolk Running Centre offers 5k to ultra distances on flat to undulating trail routes with parking, daily bespoke medals and a cupless water policy.

Run Stately Trails: Aske at Aske Hall for an evening 5 km or 10 km loop, with a 5 km walk option. Limited to 200 runners, this mostly flat but muddy estate course winds through pastures and woodland for a scenic country trail.

A marked fell race in South Wales on 23 July 2026, covering 5.5 km with 315 m of climb. Entry on the day costs £3 and the minimum age is 16. Post race tea and cake are available; bring your own mug.
