Self navigation ultramarathons around the Mendip Hills on 25 April 2026, offering 50 mile and 50 kilometre courses from Mendip Activity Centre. Organised by Town and Country Harriers with proceeds supporting the Mendip Hills Fund.

Something Wild Festival is a multi day trail running and outdoor weekend in Hope Cove, Devon, with coastal routes, races from 5K to ultra, sea swims and kids events. Evenings bring live music, communal meals and inspiring talks.

Trail race around Sidmouth on 9 May 2026 following the Sid Valley Ring walking route. Options include a Half Marathon (22 km) and a new Third Marathon (13.5 km). The route uses lanes, footpaths and coast path with aid stations.

Westcountry Ultra 100 is a scenic and tough 100 mile trail from Taunton to Minehead, following canals, rivers and coastal paths. Expect dramatic views, challenging climbs and a 32 hour cutoff with plentiful aid stations.

Endurancelife Exmoor in Martinhoe on 9 May 2026 offers 10K to ultra trail distances across moorland, woods and coastal terrain. Entries include electronic timing, a fully marked course and a finisher medal.

A timed 20 km coast path trail from Portreath beach to Perranporth along the North Cornwall coast, with one stocked checkpoint at St Agnes Head. Optional canicross entry and return minibus available, all participants receive a medal.

The The Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge will take place in Cardiff on Saturday 9 May 2026. You can run 27 kilometers.

Marilyn's Meldon Madness on 16 May 2026 invites runners to a spirited fell challenge at Meldon Reservoir near Okehampton, with a testing 415 m climb and sweeping moorland views. Pre entry is required and places are limited.

A multi-terrain 10 mile, 6 mile and 1 mile fun run in Beer, East Devon on 17 May 2026. The 10 mile includes over 1600 ft of ascent along coastal trails and the event raises funds for Beer Primary School PTFA.
