Trail Running calendar near Burton Pidsea 2026-2027

A 5 mile multi-terrain run at Bolton Abbey Estate on 21 June 2027 raising funds for Sue Ryder. Chip timing and a bespoke medal are included; a virtual entry with medal posted is available.

A multi-distance trail event based in Scarborough that follows the coast to Whitby and inland across moorland. Options include 100 km, 50 km and shorter routes, with regular rest stops, medical support, GPS tracking and basecamp camping.

The Total Warrior will take place in Bramham on Saturday 26 June 2027. You can run between 12 and 24 kilometers.

The The Cragg Challenge will take place in Mytholmroyd on Sunday 27 June 2027. You can run between 5 and 10 miles.

A guided and supported crossing of the Lyke Wake Walk across the North York Moors between Scarth Wood Moor, Osmotherley and Ravenscar. Two guides, limited groups, training support, kit guidance and on-route supplies are provided.

A 50K trail between Whitby and Pickering with 3322 ft of ascent and eight railway stations to pass. The partially self navigational route is fully tracked, includes muddy and rocky sections, and has a 13 hour cutoff.

Overnight 12-hour running event on a flat **3.21 Mile** circuit around Wath Manvers Lake with a clubhouse offering toilets, showers, food, bag drop and included parking. Camping is available for an extra fee.

A trail running event from Pelican Park Recreation Ground using the TransPennine Trail toward Hornsea. Flat, well-signed courses with feed stations about every three miles and a range of distances from 5k to marathon.

An 11 km fell race on Burley Moor with 250 m of climb in Burley-in-Wharfedale on 6 November 2027. Open to adults 18 and over with pre-entry and on-the-day entry; team and junior entries are not included.
