Zoom Turkey Trot
The Zoom Turkey Trot is a trail racing event held on Thanksgiving Day at Hellyer County Park in San Jose, California. The event center is located at the Buena Vista Pavilion within the park. Participants have the opportunity to compete for a prize turkey while running through the natural scenery of the area.
The event features several race distances held on the Coyote Creek trail:
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- 10K trail race
- 5K trail race
- 2 Mile run
- 50 Yard dash for children aged 6 and under
The Half Marathon course is USATF certified (CA21023TEB). Specific registration categories are available for varying age groups, including segments for youth aged 12 and under, and those between 13 and 17 years old.
