Course, logistics and amenities

The site covers 125 acres with tree-lined paths, prairie grass, wildflower meadows, ponds, evergreens, and rolling terrain with seasonal color. The Family Walk/Roll Loop is a scenic one-mile loop with wide, well-marked paths; jogging strollers and all-terrain wheelchairs are recommended. There are two aid stations on course supplying water and sports drink, and participants may leave a bag on course at the turn.

Packet pickup requires a QR code accessible on a mobile device or saved screenshot. The facility is private and open to the public only on race day; previewing the course beforehand is not allowed. Timing is chip based and managed by Silver Circle Sports Events, LLC. Race shirts are guaranteed for participants registered before September 27, while later shirts are subject to availability. Awards include overall and age-group medals; half marathon finishers receive a custom finisher medal. The event has a no-refund policy; event insurance is recommended.
