Yetholm Hill Race

The Yetholm Hill Race, held near Kirk Yetholm, Scotland, is a challenging 12.8 km hill running event with 760 meters of ascent. It serves as the Scottish Athletics Senior and Under-23 Hill Running Championships and is part of the Scottish Hill Runners Championship. The course is partially marked and requires participants to carry essential safety gear, including full body cover, map, compass, whistle, and emergency food.

An 8 miles trail race on 19 April 2026 around Wooler, Northumberland, starting and finishing at Ad Gefrin Distillery. The marked route climbs Yeavering Bell Hill and follows St Cuthbert's Way back to the distillery; dogs are not allowed.

A coastal marathon on 9 May 2026 covering 26.2 Miles from Lower Burnmouth to Lindisfarne via Berwick, beaches and the Pilgrims causeway. The event requires running only, includes a causeway cut off at 19 miles and a six hour limit.

A final local trail race in St Boswells covering about 13 km across river trails, open fields and rooty paths with a historical Wobbly Bridge midway. Numbers are issued in the village Hall and entry is £15.
