XTERRA Asia-Pacific Championship : Dunsborough, Mar 27-29, 2026
The XTERRA Asia-Pacific Championship takes place in Dunsborough, Australia, set in Meelup Regional Park. The event runs across the weekend of March 27-29, 2026 and comprises eight races. The event is part of the XTERRA World Tour and the XTERRA Trail Run World Series. The published prize purse for the event is US$25,000 and the event includes APAC regional championship races with world championship qualification opportunities. - SWIM 1.5 km, BIKE 30.2 km, RUN 10.5 km : Full Distance Triathlon (APAC Champs)
- SWIM 750 m, BIKE 15 km, RUN 5 km : Sprint Distance Triathlon
- SWIM 200 m, BIKE 5.8 km, RUN 2.6 km : Youth A & Kids Triathlon
- RUN 800 m, BIKE 1.2 km : Groms Race (under 9)
- RUN 38 km : Trail Marathon (APAC Champs)
- RUN 21 km : Trail Half Marathon (APAC Champs)
- RUN 10 km : 10K Coastal Trail Run
Triathlon entrants require an AusTriathlon license or a One Day License (ODL) - Full Distance ODL is AUD$22.50, Sprint ODL is AUD$12.50, kids are free. Included with Full Distance entry are a race plate, MTB number plate, one Awards Dinner ticket, post-race fruit, professional medical and water safety teams, electronic timing, and on-course photographers. An expo, swim and bike/run clinics, and an awards dinner are listed among event activities. Parking is planned on the Country Club fairways. Bike rental and support are available from a local shop named Bike Shed. Refund and deferral rules allow refunds or deferrals if withdrawal occurs at least 23 days before the event; an optional ACTIVE Refund add-on permits refunds up to 72 hours before the race.
