The Margaret River Ultra Marathon takes place on 9 and 10 May 2026 in the Margaret River region, Western Australia. The program includes an 80 km ultra and a 42 km trail marathon. The 80 km event is open to solo runners or relay teams of 2 to 5 runners, with relay legs of approximately 11 km to 19 km each. The race is open to a range of participants from elite runners to trail running newcomers. Entries for the 2026 event open on 13 October 2025.

The 80 km ultra starts at Hamelin Bay and finishes at Howard Park Winery. The 42 km marathon starts at Yallingup and also finishes at Howard Park Winery. Both courses run along the Cape to Cape coastline in South West WA and pass through forests, trails, beaches and bluffs. The finish area at Howard Park Winery includes post-race food, wine, beer and live music.
