Woodstock Warrior - September 19, 2026
Woodstock Warrior is a trail running event organized by G.O.A.T. Trail Running at Seven Bends State Park near Woodstock, VA. The course uses a loop of about 10 miles on mixed terrain, including gravel roads, two-track dirt roads and some single-track trail, with roughly 1600 feet of gain per loop.
Race distances include:
- 100 miles
- 50 miles
- 50k
- 10 mile
- Last Man Standing Ruck
Cutoffs are set by distance: 10 mile has a 4-hour cutoff; 50k has a 10-hour cutoff and requires meeting the 10-mile cutoff; 50 mile has a 15-hour cutoff and requires meeting prior cutoffs; 100 miles has a 33-hour cutoff and requires meeting prior cutoffs. The Last Man Standing Ruck has no fixed cutoffs but competitors must start their final lap before the 25-hour mark. If multiple participants finish the same distance in the Last Man Standing format, the most miles determine the winner.
Pacers are not allowed for the 10 mile and 50k. Pacers for the 50 mile and 100 mile may join after the third loop and must ensure their own safety; they cannot physically assist runners or carry runner gear. Drops must be declared at one of two aid stations; mid-course pickups are not provided except for medical emergencies.
Finish awards include buckles for 100 mile finishers and medals for other finishers. The event is cupless; participants should bring their own hydration vessel or use community cups. T-shirt deadline is 8/21/26. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
