Woodstock Warrior - Woodstock, VA

Woodstock Warrior is a trail running event at Seven Bends State Park featuring multiple race options over a repeated looped course. The event offers the following distances and formats:

  • 100 Miler
  • 50 Miler
  • 50k
  • Last Man Standing Ruck
  • 10 Miler

The course consists of approximately a 10 mile loop of mixed terrain including gravel roads, two-track dirt roads and some single-track trail. Each loop has about 1600 feet of elevation gain. Cutoffs are set by distance: a 4 hour cutoff for the 10 mile, 10 hour cutoff for the 50k, 15 hour cutoff for the 50 mile, and 33 hour cutoff for the 100 mile; the Last Man Standing Ruck has no fixed cutoffs but requires participants to start the final lap before the 25 hour mark.

Pacing and aid rules vary by distance. Pacers are not allowed for the 10 mile or 50k. For the 50 mile and 100 mile, pacers may be picked up after the third loop; pacers must not provide physical assistance or carry a runner’s gear and are responsible for their own safety. Runners who drop must declare at one of two aid stations; mid-course pickups are not provided except for medical emergencies.

Awards include buckles for 100 mile finishers and medals for other finishers. The event is cup less; participants should bring their own hydration vessel. A T-shirt deadline is listed as 8/21/26. More logistical details are provided to entrants before race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
