Women's Epic at Brighton Resort
This is a women's mountain trail event held at Brighton Resort in Big Cottonwood Canyon, Utah. Event distances include a 10k and a half marathon. The course passes wildflowers, steep climbs, shaded forest sections, a ridge on the Great Western trail, and a singletrack descent into the finish area. The setting provides views of Brighton Resort and the canyon.

The 10k route climbs from the Lake Mary trailhead, follows Snake Creek and the Clayton Peak Trail to the ridge, and returns on a singletrack through pines. Runners reach a summit area on the Great Western trail where a bell marks the high point, then descend to the finish and a vendor village with pancakes and a postrace celebration.
Event extras listed for participants include a Women's Epic necklace, a 12-week training plan, an event T-shirt and swag bag, entry to race day giveaways, and a charity partner. Veterans carry the American Flag at each race. Swag bags and bibs may be picked up the evening before the event or on race morning; ID is required.
