Policies
If the race is canceled for reasons beyond the control of the race director or committee, refunds will not be made; race packets including shirts will be made available at a location to be determined. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event. Requests made earlier than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund of the entry fee, excluding processing fees. Entries cannot be deferred to another event or year. Entries may be transferred to another individual for a $5 fee; t-shirt size cannot be changed.
