Wolverine State 100

Event details

The Wolverine State 100 is scheduled for October 10-11, 2026. The event uses locations in northern Michigan, with Bayview Park in Alpena listed for Sunday, October 11, 2026. The 100-mile race is a point-to-point route beginning in Petoskey and ending in Alpena. Courses include a mix of single-track trails, gravel roads, limestone paths, and seasonal roads. Aid stations are placed approximately every 5 to 8 miles and will be stocked.

• 100-mile Relay - team relay across the Lower Peninsula

The 50K is described with generous cutoffs. The event notes awards for 100-mile finishers who complete the distance in under 24 hours.

Policies

If the race is canceled for reasons beyond the control of the race director or committee, refunds will not be made; race packets including shirts will be made available at a location to be determined. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event. Requests made earlier than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund of the entry fee, excluding processing fees. Entries cannot be deferred to another event or year. Entries may be transferred to another individual for a $5 fee; t-shirt size cannot be changed.
