Wise Raven Trail Race
The event takes place on October 17, 2026 at Camp Heidelberg - K-W Optimist Club, Kressler Road, Waterloo, ON, Canada. This is the 11th year raising funds for WRHNCC and any money in excess of expenses will be donated to Run-Walk-Roll for WRHNCC. The race is sanctioned by Athletics Ontario and entries are limited to 115 spots.
The course is a 2.5 km loop on well marked forest trails on the Camp Heidelberg property. Trails are primarily fast and groomed with some short technical sections featuring rocks and roots, and a few rolling hills. Each loop has approximately 45 m of elevation gain. October conditions can include rain or snow. There is a covered aid station area with space for drop bags.

- 5 km (2 loops)
- 10 km (4 loops)
- 25 km (10 loops)
- 50 km (20 loops)
- 6 hour solo and 6 hour relay
Relay details: teams of 2 to 4 members; a team captain registers and pays for the team; an ankle timing chip is passed at the end of each 2.5 km loop; runners must complete a full lap before changing. Electronic timing will be provided by Chiptime Results. Plenty of parking is available. No dogs or alcohol allowed on the property. Pacers are not permitted. All participants receive a finishers medal. No refunds; deferral to the following year is allowed; distance transfers permitted under the stated conditions.
