Event Distances
Participants can choose a series in one of several distances for the season:

- WTA 10K Series
- WTA Half Series (Half Marathon)
- 5K Ruck Series (rucking with a weighted pack)
- 10K Ruck Series (rucking with a weighted pack)
A single registration covers participation in the entire series for the chosen distance. Participants may switch distances during the series at no cost.
Event Features
The series includes several specific features. A free 1K race for children is available when a parent is registered. A fresh fruit bar is provided at the finish line. The event is a cupless series, requiring participants to bring their own reusable cup or hydration system.
Scoring is based on age group placement across the series, with points awarded from first to tenth place. To qualify for series awards, participants must complete at least four of the seven races. Awards include custom "Woodle" finisher magnets for all participants and special awards for top overall and age group finishers.
An optional All Access Pass is available, which provides a reusable timing ankle strap to bypass packet pickup. The series also promotes a team challenge to support local running communities. A portion of event proceeds supports the Silver Circle Foundation, a charity aiding firefighters, police officers, and veterans. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
