Kettle Moraine 100 Endurance Races

Kettle Moraine 100 is an annual trail ultra held each year on the second Saturday of June; the 2026 running is scheduled for June 13, 2026. The event offers multiple distance options on a course that is nearly all singletrack and trail, with a few road crossings. Approximately 65 miles of the route follow the Ice Age Trail.

Distances offered include:

  • 100 mile
  • 100k
  • 50k
  • 38 mile

Registration for 2026 uses a lottery process run through Ultrasignup. Lottery signups occur in December 2025; names are drawn on January 1 at 11:00 am Central time and invited entrants have one day to accept or decline. Early invitations are issued to rollover entrants and prior-year volunteers in late November; entrants who accept early-invite offers during the designated period are guaranteed a spot. A waitlist is maintained and runners are invited from it in the order they joined; invited runners may accept or decline.

Race logistics information includes aid station locations, drop bag details, parking, and packet pickup. Edited race photos are posted by the event photographers after the race, typically within a couple of weeks. Volunteer incentives and race-credit policies apply for those who volunteer in the prior year. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
