Wisconsin Trail Series - Oconomowoc

The Wisconsin Trail Series runs across seven races over seven months in and around Oconomowoc, with routes that tour scenic areas of Waukesha County and Wisconsin State Parks. The series includes a championship at the final event.

Participants can select from multiple distance options:

  • 5K
  • 10K
  • Half Marathon (13.1 Miles)

Rucking is available at all events; rucking involves walking or hiking with a weighted backpack. The series offers both running and walking options and includes free Kiddo 1K races that require individual registration.

A WTA All Access Pass is available. It allows participants to skip packet pickup, receive a reusable ankle strap for timing, and avoid check in on race day. The pass is non transferable. Opting out of a shirt during registration grants the pass automatically. Participants may choose a shirt option separately; those who register after March 29, 2026 will not receive a T shirt for the first event unless they select the Registered After T Shirt Deadline option. Organizers will confirm shirt sizes after the specified event.

Series registration allows free switching between distances but is non deferrable. Single race registration is also available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
