Entry and race rules

Interval starts are used; earlier starters are advised for slower runners. Pre-entry is available and increases to £21 (plus £2 non FRA) from 1 January if not entered earlier. Entry on the day is permitted if the race is not full; day fees are £21 for members and £23 for non-members. Pre-entry fees are £16 for members and £18 for non-members. Teams and junior races are not allowed. The route passes over high ground and may have winter conditions; required kit must be carried. Dogs are not permitted on the sports ground.
