The Lone Pine Chamber of Commerce operates the event under permit on the Inyo National Forest. Registration closes on Thu, Apr 30 at 11:59 PM PT. Late registration rules note that entrants registering three weeks or less before the race may not receive a t-shirt; same-day registration at the event is accepted.

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Withdrawals made more than 30 days before the race may receive a 50% credit toward the next year’s event registration. If the event is canceled for reasons such as pandemic, extreme weather, or other force majeure, neither refunds nor credits will be given. The final route is subject to government approvals and may change. Local community volunteers and Chamber staff support race operations.
