Course, aid stations and participant items
The half marathon follows a forked out-and-back course on the Pleasant Grove Bike Path on smooth paved trails with less than 240 feet of elevation gain. The 5K follows a popsicle loop through William Hughes Park with about 40 feet of elevation gain. All aid stations on both courses provide water and Skratch Labs electrolytes. Half marathon aid station locations are listed at miles 1.3, 2.6, 4.3, 6.0, 8.2, 10.5, 11.8 and the finish at 13.1. The 5K aid stations are at miles 1.3, 2.0 and the finish at 3.2.
Half marathon and 5K runners receive a choice of a Wild Rose technical shirt or BOCO running hat, a finisher medal, and a drink ticket from Moksa Brewing Co. (21+). 5K walkers receive a finisher medal and a drink ticket and are not eligible for top finisher awards or apparel swag. The event is presented by Bad Luck Run Club.
