RunMotion x UT Whistler Community Trail Run

This is a relaxed, social trail run organized by RunMotion Coach at Pacific Spirit Regional Park, Park Centre Parking Lot, Vancouver BC (4915 West 16th Avenue). The event has two main aims: to bring Vancouver's trail running community together and to help runners prepare for UTMB Whistler races.

The session lasts about two hours and takes place in person. Topics covered include what to expect on race weekend, training for climbs and descents at Whistler, pacing strategy for technical terrain, fueling on trail, gear choices, and common practical questions from newer trail runners.
