Policies

If the race is canceled for reasons beyond race control, refunds will not be made; race packets, including shirts, will be distributed at a location to be determined. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event. Earlier than 30 days, a request may be made for a 50% refund of the entry fee, excluding processing fees. Entries cannot be deferred to another event or year. Entries may be transferred to another individual for a $5 transfer fee; T-shirt size cannot be changed.
