Course and race logistics

The course starts on a wide, grassy roadbed next to the lake and then connects to Turkey Run Trail. The trail is a gently rolling singletrack with about 150 ft of elevation per loop. Both distances use scenic loops with some road mixed in, and at least half of the trail runs along the lake.

There will be one hydration aid station on course. Finish-line provisions include bottled water, CeraSport, bananas, and snacks. All participants receive a custom BOCO running cap and a finisher award; only 100 caps were ordered. Awards are given to overall male and female winners. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Chattahoochee Riverkeeper.
