Welsh 3000’s Ultra Run

Llanberis, United Kingdom • 28 Jun 2025

The Welsh 3000's Ultra Run is a guided mountain running event held in Snowdonia, North Wales, covering the classic 15 peaks over 3,000 feet. Spanning approximately 30 miles (50 km) with 4,000 meters of ascent, the route traverses the Carneddau, Glyderau, and Snowdon ranges, including the challenging Crib Goch ridge. Designed for experienced runners who have completed marathon distances, the event offers expert guidance from qualified mountain leaders and athletics coaches, removing navigation stress. Participants benefit from transport to the start, support vehicles, and premium food stations featuring hot and cold options. This non-competitive challenge emphasizes the spectacular mountain experience rather than racing. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
