Aid stations are located at approximate marks including Balsam Access Trail Head (around 7.3 km), Cascades Conservation Area (around 14.3 km) and Kinsmen Park at the halfway point. The 50 km field has a total of five aid stations. Aid station supplies vary by location and include water, Tailwind drink mix, fruit, chips, gels and salt capsules among other items.
