Race services, awards, and policies

Timed events use chip timing with live results and awards. Age group awards for the 5k and 10k include overall male and female, masters (40+), and top three male and female in standard age brackets up to 80+. The Kids Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age group awards. Course maps are provided and courses are subject to change. Bodies Race Company has a no-refund policy; events proceed in most weather and cancellations will be handled only if the venue requires it or if there are ice hazards, with transfers to the virtual event if cancellation occurs.
