The Turkey Rock run takes place on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at Floyd Lamb Park, Group Area 5, 9200 Tule Springs Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89131. Distances offered:

Course

The course is an out-and-back that starts on the path at Group Area 5 and uses a crushed limestone basin trail. The route passes desert landscape, shaded picnic areas, and views of the Sheep and Spring Mountains. The course starts at 2462 ft elevation and has an overall 35 ft gain. The 10K uses the 5K course twice. The 1-mile participants follow the same route as the other distances. Organizers state the trail does not require trail shoes.

Logistics and awards

Packet pickup is scheduled for Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at REI Boca Park, 710 S Rampart Blvd, Las Vegas. Friends or family may pick up packets for participants. Same-day packet pickup is available at the race venue. Parking is available in Lots 4 and 5, with overflow in Lots 2 and 3; the parking fee is included in registration.

Runner items include a custom long sleeve dri-fit shirt, a custom large medal, and free race photos. Chip timing and live results are provided. Top three male and female overall finishers in the 10K and 5K receive overall awards. Age-division ribbons are given for 1st to 3rd place in the 10K and 5K (age groups 0-9 through 70+). Prices listed for the current phase: 10K $55, 5K $45, 1M $40, virtual $45 (US only). Registration by October 14, 2025, guarantees a t-shirt. Title sponsor is Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers.
