18th Annual Troop "A" Blue & Gold Trail Run
The Troop "A" Blue & Gold Trail Run is a community event held at Parvin State Park in Elmer, New Jersey. This annual event takes place on a scenic trail course and is open to the public. Participants can choose to complete the course as runners or walkers.
The event features a single main distance:

The day includes various activities and displays from the State Police, such as the Mounted Unit, Canine Unit, Tactical Patrol Unit, and an aviation flyover. Entertainment for attendees includes live music, bagpipes, and a KONA ICE truck. T-shirts are provided to participants who complete their pre-registration by the designated April deadline.
Awards are presented to top finishers based on age group and gender. Specific categories also recognize the top State Police Team and the top Local Law Enforcement Team. Registration fees support the Alpha Corps Foundation, a nonprofit organization that assists college bound students and provides relief for troopers and their families during difficult circumstances.
