Cancellation and entry policies include no refunds; deferrals may be considered for special circumstances at the Race Director's discretion up to two months before race day; sold-out distances will not gain additional spots; bibs are non-transferable; runners may drop down in distance at no cost until registration closes but may not move up in distance after registering. If the event is cancelled for reasons such as weather or fires, participants may defer to the next year's event (valid for one year) or receive a 50% refund.
