Transcend Ultra

Transcend Trails - Avon Valley, Perth

Transcend Trails is a trail running event that uses routes through the Avon Valley and starts at Walyunga National Park. The program on Saturday 22 August 2026 includes multiple race formats and team options that range from short community distances to a 65 km ultra.

Entry fees vary by event and category. Late or standard price examples listed by the organiser include: Kids Dash (AUD 10 standard), 6 km (AUD 89 late), 12 km (AUD 119 late), 28 km (AUD 289 late), 40 km hike or run (AUD 349 late), and 65 km Ultra (AUD 469 late). Participants may purchase optional event insurance from a third party (XCover) at 10% of the entry cost; refunds under that cover are managed by XCover.

The organiser does not process general refunds or deferrals but permits entry transfers to another person or like team up to 11:59pm AWST on 9 August 2026. Transfers between events may be allowed subject to space and any required fee difference. If the event is unsafe or cannot be held on the proposed date, the organiser will aim to reschedule with entries carrying over, or, if rescheduling is impossible, to refund a portion of entry fees based on expenses incurred. The organiser may alter published courses if necessary.
