Transcend Trails - Avon Valley

Transcend Trails stages trail running and hiking events through the Avon Valley with a course that starts at Walyunga National Park. The event offers solo and team entries, with team sizes noted in team relay options.

Event options include shorter community distances, multi-distance hike or run categories, and longer ultra and relay events. Available formats listed by the organiser include:

• 6 km adaptive wheelchair
• 6 km hike or run
• 12 km hike or run
• 28 km hike or run
• 40 km hike or run
• 40 km team relay
• 65 km team relay
• 65 km ultra

Entry pricing is published in Australian dollars for each category and the organiser specifies a standard pricing deadline, a late entry deadline, and a final entry close date. Participants may purchase optional event insurance through XCover at 10% of the entry fee; refund requests related to that insurance are handled by XCover. The organiser does not process general refunds or deferrals but permits transfers of entries to another participant or between compatible categories subject to published deadlines and fee rules.

If the event is postponed for safety or other reasons, entries will be carried to a rescheduled date where possible. If rescheduling is impossible, the organiser will consider partial refunds based on incurred expenses.
