Trails-Giving 5K Run/Walk : description

The Trails-Giving 5K takes place on October 12, 2026 in Dieppe, New Brunswick. The point to point course links the Dieppe Aquatic and Sports Centre to Rotary St Anselme Park and runs roughly 77 percent on natural forest trails through the Dieppe woodlands. Trail surfaces are described as smooth and accessible for runners, walkers and families with strollers.

Starts are staggered in waves to allow participants to go at their own pace. Chip timing is provided by Atlantic Chip and registration is handled online via Race Roster. Marshalled street crossings are in place and first aid is available at the finish in Rotary St Anselme Park.

This is the inaugural edition, organized in 2026 by the non profit MDR Trails / Sentiers MDR, which works to create green corridors connecting the major parks of Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview. Race day registration is not available. Registrations support the conservation and development of local trails. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
