Timber24 Relay
The Timber24 Relay is a 24-hour trail running festival hosted at Hardwood Ski and Bike in Oro-Medonte, Ontario. The event focuses on community and teamwork through a collective endurance challenge.
Each participating team aims to complete a total distance of 192 km over the course of the day. The relay format requires one runner to start an 8 km lap every hour for 24 hours. Participants can register in various categories based on team size:
- Teams of 8 runners
- Teams of 4 runners
- Teams of 2 runners
- Individual (Ultra)
The event site features a tent village where teams can set up their space starting Friday afternoon. On-site amenities include 24-hour food and beverage services, a retail and expo area for gear, and a beer garden open on Saturday evening and following the race.
A dedicated village for physiotherapy and massage provides 15-minute treatments during specific hours to support runner recovery.
