The Webb Forest Wander

The Webb Forest Wander is the Wilmot Learning Place's second annual 5K held on the Webb Forest trail system in New London, New Hampshire. Wilmot Learning Place is a small nonprofit preschool in Wilmot that has operated since 1982 and supports community-focused learning.

The course covers 3.1 miles and is marked with signs. Water stations are placed at various locations along the trail, and the finish is at the same location as the start. Timing is available for participants who want to track their results, and recognition or awards will follow after the last participant crosses the finish line. The event is presented as family friendly.

Registration details are specific: the fee is $30 for participants ages 12 and older, and children under 12 may participate for free. Online registration has a set deadline and the event has a total registration limit of 200 participants. Parking is available across the street from the trailhead, with Spring Ledge Farm strawberry fields offered as overflow parking. The preserve is maintained by the New London Conservation Commission and several landowners allow public access; participants are asked to respect the land so it remains available for future use.
