The Tuckahoe 25K is an annual trail running event held in Queen Anne, Maryland, featuring a 25-kilometer (15.5 miles) course primarily on single-track and horse trails. The terrain includes runnable hills, some rooty and muddy sections, but is not overly technical, making it suitable for both newcomers and experienced trail runners. The event offers three fully stocked aid stations with water, electrolytes, gels, and real food. Organized by Algonquin Ultras Inc. and the Centreville Crushers, the race emphasizes community, environmental stewardship, and trail preservation.

Awards are given to the top three men and women, and all finishers receive swag. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
