The Tuckahoe 25K

Queen Anne, United States • 21 Nov 2026

Event overview

The Tuckahoe 25k is a trail race in Queen Anne, Maryland, held on November 21, 2026. The course distance is 25k (about 15.5 miles); organizers note these are trail miles and GPS distances may vary. The race is organized by Algonquin Ultras Inc. in partnership with the Centreville Crushers Running Club. Registration opens January 1, 2026.

Course, services, and rules

The route is mostly single-track with some wider horse trails. It is described as having runnable hills and a few rooty, muddy sections. Three fully stocked aid stations provide water, electrolyte drinks, gels, and food options that include sweet and salty items. Awards are given to the top three men and the top three women, and all participants receive event swag.

The event proceeds in most weather conditions; only a force majeure event that prevents EMS, aid stations, or support staff from functioning will cancel it. There are no refunds or deferrals if the race is canceled. Event rules include visible bib numbers at all times, no bib transfers or bandits, no pacers or crews, no dogs for runners, no early or late starts, and a pack-in, pack-out policy for waste. If a participant drops out, they should return their bib to the first crew member they see and proceed to an aid station. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
