The Tatum Classic

The Tatum Classic is an inaugural MissionCleanWater trail race held at Tatum Park in Middletown Township, New Jersey. The event uses a repeatable loop course around park trails and maintained fields, with a picnic area by the Holland Activity Center serving as the start and finish location.

The loop measures 4.75 miles and includes a mix of trail, grass and open field sections, and park paths. The route features rolling terrain and runnable stretches; runners pass back through the start/finish area each lap. Course signage and race-day markings will be used to guide participants, and permanent park trail markers should not be relied upon.

Race services include one main aid station at the start/finish area offering drinks, snacks, hydration, basic first aid supplies, prepared foods, and ice. There are no aid stations out on the course. Timing is electronic with an RFID system that records each lap as runners pass the start/finish area. The 50 km option has an 8-hour cutoff. Spectators are allowed; pacers require prior approval from race directors.
