The One on the Trail - Marlow

The One on the Trail in Marlow is a multi terrain trail running event held on 27 September 2026 at Temple Lane, Bisham, Marlow SL7 1RT. The route follows the Thames between Marlow and Henley and then loops back through countryside, using country trails and woodland paths. All courses are waymarked and marshalled.

Entries include a finisher medal, refreshments and chip timing. Every entry plants a tree. An interactive route map and course details are available for each distance. There are two water stations on the route; 10k runners pass the first station once and half marathon runners pass both stations twice. Water is provided in cups and additional water is available at the event village for bottle refills.

Facilities at the event village include medical cover, a bag drop, a food caterer, event photography usually available within 24 hours, and free portable toilets. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers. The event is not suitable for buggies, pushchairs, strollers or wheelchairs due to the terrain. Dogs are not permitted except registered medical assistance dogs with prior approval. Race pack collection is available at the registration tent and on day registration may be possible.
