The event takes place at Culden Faw Estate, Henley, with the event village at Henley Showground (Dairy Lane, Henley-on-Thames, Oxon, RG9 3AS). Distances offered are:

Entry details list prices and age limits: the half marathon and 10k are for individuals age 17+, the 1k is open to all ages.

Course, facilities and rules

The routes follow bridleways, country trails and woodland paths through ancient woodlands, farmland and wildlife conservation areas. All courses are waymarked and marshalled. Route maps and interactive maps are provided by the organiser.

Included with entry are a finisher medal, refreshments and chip timing. There will be water stations on the route served in cups, and water available in the event village to fill bottles. Other on-site provisions include medical cover, a bag drop (use the tear-off strip on the race number), a food caterer, portable toilets in the event village, and event photography (usually available within 24 hours). There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers.

Spectators are permitted around the start, finish and route. Privately owned dogs are not allowed; registered medical assistance dogs may be accepted with prior approval. The terrain makes the event unsuitable for buggies, pushchairs, strollers and wheelchair users. Noise-cancelling earphones are prohibited; other earphones should be set to a low volume. Race deferrals are allowed until registration closes, subject to an administration fee. Race pack collection is available from the registration tent from 08:00 on event day; participants should not expect postal delivery.
