Event overview

The One in the Woods - Henley takes place on 8 February 2026 at Culden Faw Estate, Henley. The event village is located at Henley Showground, Dairy Lane, Henley-on-Thames, Oxon, RG9 3AS. The event uses marked and marshalled country trails and woodland paths that pass through ancient woodlands, farmlands, and wildlife conservation areas. Entry and race pack

Entry fees are listed for each distance. Race pack collection is available from 08:00 at the event village registration tent. Participants should not expect to receive entries by mail. Registration on the day might be available. A pre-race information email is sent to registered participants one week before the event.

On-course and event facilities

Entries include a finisher medal, refreshments, and chip timing. Water stations on the route provide water in cups; additional water is available in the event village to fill bottles. Portable toilets are provided in the event village only. There are no dedicated changing rooms or showers. A bag drop is available. Suitable medical cover is provided.

Additional information

Spectators are permitted around the route and start/finish area. Personal dogs are not allowed during the event; registered medical assistance dogs may be permitted with prior approval. The terrain makes the event unsuitable for buggies, pushchairs, strollers, and wheelchairs. Noise-cancelling earphones are prohibited; other earphones should be used at low volume. Race deferrals are allowed until registration closes; an administration fee applies. Event photography is usually available within 24 hours.
