One main aid station operates throughout the week with standard aid foods and a strong selection of vegan-friendly options. This is a cupless event with a limited supply of hot drink cups; participants should plan to use reusable cups or personal hydration gear.
Catered lunch and dinner are provided for event days except the first day lunch. Swag differs by event length: shorter events receive a t-shirt, medal, and mug; longer events receive a jacket, t-shirt, medal, and mug. Runners who reach 100 miles receive a buckle and milestone awards are given for longer distances. Top three male and female finishers are awarded for each event. Registration fees vary by event and registration date. Refunds, deferrals, and transfers are not offered; if the event is canceled, registered entrants are deferred to the following year at no cost.
