The Next Loop Endurance Series - Pinnacle Mountain, Roland AR

The Next Loop Endurance Series at Pinnacle Mountain is a loop-based trail running event held in Roland, AR on November 7, 2026. Participants run a 3.1-mile (5K) trail loop and begin a new loop every hour. After each loop, athletes may continue for another loop or stop; every completed loop is counted and there are no penalties for stopping.

Each loop is timed individually. A participant's overall score is the combined time of all completed loops. There are no missed-cutoff failures and only completed loops contribute to results. Official timing and ranked results are provided by loops completed and combined time, allowing loop-by-loop performance analysis.

The course is a scenic, clearly marked 5K trail with a central base area for start and finish. An aid station is available each hour. The event environment is described as family and crew friendly and is intended to support pacing, recovery, and repeated efforts over multiple hours.

Loop counts map to standard distances:

  • 1 Loop = 5K
  • 2 Loops = 10K
  • 4 Loops = Half Marathon
  • 9 Loops = Marathon
  • 10 Loops = 50K

Location: 9600 Highway 300, Roland, AR 72135. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
