About the race
The Ivy Trek Ultra is a trail running event at Clarkco State Park in Quitman, MS on September 26, 2026. The event is organized by Time 2 Run Race Timing and offers three distances run on a multi‑loop course that showcases trails, bridges, the Gold Fish Pond, and views of Ivy Lake.
Distances offered:
- 50K (four loops of the 7.78 mile course)
- 25K (two loops)
- 12.5K (one loop)
The course is mostly double track with some single track, varied terrain and some deceptively hilly sections. One aid station is located on the loop and the start/finish area also serves as an aid station. Participants are required to carry a personal water container; coolers are provided for refilling. Littering may lead to disqualification.
Timing is provided with RFID chip technology and split times are recorded. Each finisher receives a custom medal and an official race shirt. The first 100 registrations are guaranteed a custom race patch. Park gate fees for the single day are included with entry; overnight camping, cabin and pad fees are not included and must be arranged separately.
